  1. Hello Group 3,

This is such a worthwhile idea to provide newly hired Ivy Tech
adjunct staff an opportunity to gain insight into their role with regards to student learning and a trust environment.

Having adjunct become aware of how relationships affect learning and adusting lessons to meet the needs of autonomous and relational learners can only improve their effectiveness in the classroom. Your workshop design provides opportunities to discuss and plan lessons that benefit relationships in learning.
    Nice work!

  2. This was very well done! That brochure was incredibly realistic and it looks like something I could easily receive in the mail tomorrow. My favorite part of the demonstration was the reveal of Lauren's lie. Because, although it was a lie, it was kind of fudged. And it allowed her to demonstrate that she does already utilize helpful teaching tips in her classroom. That gave her a chance to demonstrate her proficiency and gave the other participants a chance to ask questions about her experiences.

    Nice job!

  3. I'm very impressed with all your videos. I'm actually glad someone really attempted what Bo suggested by taking video of some willing participants to actually act out the syllabus to some degree. I think this gives your audience more grounding when it comes to exactly what you're going for. As someone who works for Ivy Tech this is a workshop that we definitely need. I loved your marketing materials as these are quite impressive. Overall your group did a fabulous job and you all should be very proud! Thanks!

  4. Great Job guys! You had such a great idea to help adjunct faculty. The icebreakers and relationship development activities among the faculty were great ideas. I loved the extra materials you created to enhance the class. The brochure was a great idea, not to mention the other materials. The location in Noblesville is a great choice since others could attend from other areas. Really appreciated the video of the participants. Thanks for that!

  5. Great job on your videos and references provided. It was nice to see your course in action and I think many adjunct faculty could really benefit from taking this course. I also could see first time adjunct faculty really appreciating information provided in this course. Great work!

  7. Megan, Christina, Jennifer, and Emily,

This is a fantastic group work! I am very impressed by the videos you created, especially the demonstration video, which shows your audience how to implement the activities in your syllabus into practice!

Very nice brochure you created! It is beautiful and neat! You should show it in your demonstration video!

How did you create the demonstration video which allows you to show the materials and also the speaker? What program did you use? Please share this in your blog so that the future students can learn from you!

    Bo
